Blessing Of An Ambulance
O Lord Jesus Christ Son of the Living God,
Who during your early earthly sojurn went about doing good, appeasing the sufferings
and infirmities of people, and restoring bodily and spiritual health to the
Paralytic lying on his bed: Look upon this Ambulance, O Lord, and let
it become for the sick who will be carried on it a comfort on the way,
a safeguard in perils, and a relief from suffering. Grant that in the
company of your angels they may be borne in comfort to the place of
healing, and there recover good health. And being healed, may they
return to their homes praising and glorifying You, the true God
together with your Father Who is without beginning, and You, Most-Holy,
Good and Life-Creating Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
This Ambulance is blessed by the sprinkling of this Holy Water, in the
Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
