Feast of Meeting of the Lord
Ten people came on February 1 for the Ninth Hour and Vespers.
The St. Sava Program was held on February 1.
The Lord has been good to Holy Trinity Mission.
Father Stevo Rocknage of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Mckeesport has some icons and books from the parish to give to the Mission.
Continued prayer and faithful attendance are important for the Mission.
Let us pray for the safety of West Virginia men and women serving in the military.
Let us pray fervently for the peace of the whole world.
Let us pray for Orthodoxy to grow in West Virginia.
The Mission website created and maintained by Tom Hunter has attracted messages from distant places. Recently a Serbian man from Canada wrote to offer greetings and inquire about a great-grandfather who came to West Virginia in 1910.
The same old man said, 'Melchizedek, the image of Christ, blessed Abraham, the father of the Jews; how much more does truth itself, which is the Christ, bless and sanctify all those who believe in it'
