Acts 9:31
Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.

The Mission has received a generous donation from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church of Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

Interest in the Mission is growing beyond the immediate vicinity of Fairmont as more faithful Orthodox Christians become aware of the Mission.

Increased prayer, fasting and almsgiving during this Great Lent are very important for the stability and growth of the Mission.

The Mission has been blessed abundantly by God with faithful parishioners and generous benefactors.

Let us continue to pray for peace in the world.

Let us pray for the safety of the servant of God Matthew serving in the United States Air Force.

Let us pray for the men and women working in the mines of West Virginia.

Let us pray for the men, women and children in Kosovo

From the Desert Fathers

He (Abba Nilus) also said, "Prayer is the seed of gentleness and the absence of anger."
